General Introduction:

AM Series Sealed Roller Bearing Tricone Rock Bits:

Based in and raising up from China Market, Acedrills has to consider very much about the toughness of the Chinese market price competition, and produce relatively economical and cost-effective products for drillers in such markets. AM series of bits are mainly developed to serve this kind of need. Although cost-effectiveness is considered, this series sealed bearing roller bits are well designed, with enhanced roller bearing capacity to ensure long service life. Besides, new designs and cutting configuration are utilized to facilitate excellent penetration rates in soft to very hard and abrasive rock formation.

According to different compression strength and corrosiveness of different rock formations, there are five types of this series rock bits (AM40, AM50, AM60, AM70 and AM80, from IADC415 to IADC845) available for drilling soft, medium hard and very hard formations. In the mean time, there are sizes from 5-7/8” (150mm) to 15” (380mm) for each type for customers’ choices.

AX Series Roller Open Bearing Tricone Rock Bits:

Acedrills never satisfied with offering only economical products. As the developing of the technology, drill rigs and compressors evolves day by day, and labor cost raises too. After years brewing, Acedrills is now able to supply drillers with most efficient rock bits, the AX series roller bearing Tricone Bits. This series Bits are well designed for high penetration rates and extended bit life in any kind of drilling conditions, especially tough drilling conditions.

Acedrills is now in the position to provide advanced technical tricone rock bits and solutions for the mining, exploration, construction, water well, oil and gas industries. Designed with the latest technology and manufactured using enhanced CNC machining techniques, Acedrills’ AX series rock bits are the next evolution. And there are four types of AX series bits (AX50, AX60, AX70, and AX80, IADC Code covers from IADC512 to IADC842), sizes ranging from 6-3/4” (171mm) to 12-1/4” (311mm).
